Full-Time School BCBA – Bennington, VT

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Bennington, VT for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time position working with students to support their behavioral and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Provide training and support to school personnel on behavioral strategies
  • Monitor student data and adjust interventions as needed

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for supporting students with behavioral needs
