Full-Time School BCBA – Keyes, CA
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Keyes, CA, for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position involves working closely with students, teachers, and support staff to implement effective behavioral interventions and promote student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide behavioral support and consultation to teachers and staff
- Train and coach school personnel on evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with IEP teams and families to support student development
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for supporting students with behavioral and learning needs
