ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with students in the Gilroy, CA area for the upcoming school year. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with behavior challenges
• Provide ongoing supervision and training for behavior technicians and paraprofessionals
• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective behavior strategies
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to behavior plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Must have at least 2 years of experience working with students with behavior challenges in a school setting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with school staff and parents
• Ability to develop and implement effective behavior strategies based on individual student needs
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
