Position: Full Time Sign Language Interpreter Opening
Location: Centralia, WA

Join our dynamic team in Centralia, WA, where the beauty of the Pacific Northwest meets small-town charm! We're searching for a dedicated Sign Language Interpreter to make a meaningful impact in our inclusive community.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals and hearing individuals
  • Provide support in educational settings to ensure access to instruction and participation in activities

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter
  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Washington State ESA Certificate

Position Details:

  • Hours per Week: 32.5 Hours
  • Weekly Pay: Paid on an hourly rate
  • Benefits: Comprehensive packages including Healthcare, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan
  • Contract Duration: Start Date: August 30, 2024, through June 14, 2025
  • Interview Process: Conducted via Zoom for convenience
