Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) have the unique ability to change lives by improving communication skills that impact academic success. We are looking for an experienced and passionate virtual SLP to deliver school-based teletherapy services to students across grade levels. This fully remote position allows you to address speech and language challenges, such as articulation delays and language comprehension issues, from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA-CCC required
- Current Alaska SLP license/Teaching Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods ($42/hr+ depending on experience)
