Full Time Social Worker needed in Chicago, IL

ProCare Therapy is working with a great school district in Chicago, IL that is looking to expand their team with a Social Worker for the remainder of the school year. See below for more details:

Position Details:

• Full Time Schedule
  • 30+ hours per week
• ASAP - End of School Year
• K-12th Grade Caseload
  • Duties: Provide direct, consult and monitoring social work service to students with IEPs. Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations to determine eligibility and appropriate programs and services for students with disabilities.

Requirements:

• Valid Masters Degree in Social Work
• Licensed Master of Social Work or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• School experience working with elementary, middle, or high school aged students or any school based assignment
