Caseload:

• Full time 
• onsite for now 
• ASAP START 
• High school students 
• "Actually, right now we are in immediate need of a Severe/Mod needs special education teacher who would work with two students with EEOs"

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement IEPs tailored to students’ unique needs
• Provide focused instruction to help students reach academic and social milestones
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to create a positive learning atmosphere
• Adapt lessons and materials for diverse learning styles
• Assess and track student progress, making necessary instructional adjustments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Special Education (or a related field)
• Active Special Education Teaching License/Certification in CO
• Previous experience working with special needs students is preferred
• Strong understanding of special education laws and practices
