Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | Red Lion, PA

This is your chance to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of students across 1-2 elementary sites!
Position Highlights:
- Location: Red Lion, PA (commutable from York)
- Number of Openings: 3
- Full-Time Position
- Caseload: Approximately 30 kids per site
- Pay Rate: $45+ per hour
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students at 1-2 elementary school sites.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
- Provide direct therapy services to address speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in pediatric speech and language disorders is desirable but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and engage effectively with students and their families.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in an elementary school setting is a plus but not necessary.
- Familiarity with a range of speech and language disorders in children.
