Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position in Rome, GA

Location: Rome, GA
School Year: 2024-2025
Employment Type: Onsite, Full-Time
Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Caseload: K-12, approximately 40 students
Pay Rate: $45/hr
Payment Schedule: Weekly


Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Rome, GA, for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive hourly rate of $45 and weekly paychecks. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of around 40 K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Assessments: Perform thorough evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans to meet each student's unique needs.
  • Provide Therapy: Deliver engaging and effective speech and language therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Monitor Progress: Track and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Required Credentials: SLP CCC or CFY (No SLPAs)
  • Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid Georgia SLP license.
  • Experience: Preferred experience with K-12 caseloads.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills.
