Job Overview:
- Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Temporary Maternity Leave
- Location: Summerville, SC
- Dates: September 16 - November 29, 2024 (Potential extension)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Setting: Onsite only
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students based on IEPs.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement effective communication strategies.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- Required: Active SC Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Required: Valid SC Educator Certificate
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.
