Full-Time Teacher’s Aide – Albert Lea, MN Area
ProCare Therapy is thrilled to partner with a school district near Albert Lea, MN, to hire a Teacher’s Aide for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic and behavioral success of students in a K-12 setting. The ideal candidate will work alongside educators and specialists to offer individualized support to students, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Position Overview
- Start Date: Immediate
- End Date: June 6, 2025
- Schedule: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Location: Onsite near Albert Lea, MN
Core Responsibilities
- Individual & Group Support: Provide tailored assistance to students, both one-on-one and in small groups, to help them succeed academically and behaviorally.
- Behavior Support: Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and strategies.
- Skill Development: Assist students in developing vital academic, life, and social skills to ensure holistic growth.
- Emotional & Behavioral Support: Help students navigate emotional and behavioral challenges by offering consistent support and encouragement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a supportive role (e.g., teaching assistant, paraprofessional) is preferred but not required.
- Background check clearance.
- Reliable transportation to and from the school.
