As a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you have the expertise to transform students' communication skills and open doors to academic success. We’re looking for a virtual SLP to join our school-based teletherapy program, providing vital speech and language services to students in a fully remote setting. In this role, you’ll address a variety of communication challenges, from articulation and fluency to language development, empowering students to express themselves confidently and effectively. Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA-CCC required
- Current NM SLP license/Teaching Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
