Role Overview & Responsibilities
I’m looking for two dedicated and compassionate School Psychologists to join our team in Jerome, Idaho. This is a full-time, onsite position serving students across K-12. If you’re passionate about helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, we’d love to hear from you. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Assessments: Conduct psychological evaluations to determine students’ needs and provide recommendations for educational plans.
- Interventions: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to implement interventions that promote positive student outcomes.
- Support: Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health support to students.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the special education team and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
- Caseload: Support students from Kindergarten through 12th grade, providing services that help them succeed in both academic and social environments.
Requirements
- Certification: Valid Idaho School Psychologist certification.
- Education: Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology.
- Experience: Previous experience in a K-12 setting preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
