Job Description

ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated Social Worker for the 2024-2025 academic year within one of our esteemed school districts. Please peruse the details below regarding job responsibilities and benefits:  

Job Type:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students' needs.
  • Full-time position.
  • Evaluate factors affecting students' academic performance and overall adjustment.
  • Provide both individual and group counseling services.
  • Develop and implement customized intervention plans.
  • Offer crisis intervention and teach essential coping skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to provide ongoing support.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Social Work License in Illinois.
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work required.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
