Location: Dover, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $23/hour

Hours: 32.5 hours per week

ProCare Therapy is working with Dover School District to hire compassionate Paraprofessionals who can assist high school students in both individualized and group settings. This position is ideal for those eager to make a meaningful difference and support students with varied behavioral needs.

Responsibilities:
- Assist high school students in managing their learning, behavior, and emotions.
- Provide both individual and classroom-based support.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement IEPs, behavioral strategies, and tailored educational plans.
- Help foster a positive and safe learning environment.
Required Qualifications:
- References: Three professional references (including one from a supervisor).
- One of the Following Documents:
- High School Diploma
- Para I Certification
- College Transcripts
- College Diploma
- Para II Certification
Interview Process:
- Initial phone screening (10-15 minutes) to discuss your experience and motivation.
- Virtual interview with the school district (20-30 minutes).
- Job offer extended within 24-48 hours post-interview.
