ProCare Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic Paraprofessional in Branford, CT. The candidate will be employed ASAP and work through the remainder of the 2024/2025 school year. The ideal candidate will work closely with the lead teacher to assist the needs of the students and classroom to enhance learning opportunities. This dynamic role is a full-time position with benefits provided by ProCare Therapy.

• Employees are paid an hourly rate and receive weekly paychecks congruent with weeks worked.
• Candidate can expect pay between $17-22 depending on experience and specific job requirements.

Job Type:

• Full-Time, onsite position.
• 2024-2025 School Year
• Paraprofessional will work with students that have learning, social emotional, and behavior needs. 
• Paraprofessional duties may include assisting the lead teacher, supervising students, guiding activities, and helping students.
• Paraprofessionals may work in a general education or special education setting.
• More details will be given at time of interview.

Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. 
• Experience working in schools is preferred but not required.
• At least one professional reference.
