Hiring Now! Middle School Nursing Position Available - Maple Grove, MN

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Full-Time School Nurse for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year with a possible extension for the 2023-2024 school year. The School Nurse will work with Middle School students in the Health Office. The ideal candidate will have a Registered Nurse or LPN license and experience working with children.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic first aid and medical attention to students and staff members
• Administer medications to students according to doctor's orders
• Monitor students with chronic health conditions and develop appropriate health care plans
• Maintain accurate health records for students and staff
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and other school personnel regarding student health issues
• Collaborate with other health care professionals to provide comprehensive care to students

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse or LPN license
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Ability to work with Middle School students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain accurate health records
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to school health services
