School Based Paraprofessional Teacher Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team of educators in Richmond. As a Paraprofessional substitute you will assist our teachers with educational and behavioral support for classroom lessons, activities, and creating a positive learning environment. This position offers the flexibility of hourly employment under a W2 agreement, providing a rewarding opportunity for educators who value flexibility in their schedules.
Pay & Benefits:
- $24 an hour
- Weekly direct deposit

Job Description:
- Special education paraprofessional substitute
- 2024-2025 school year
- 30+ hours per week
- Opportunities for grades K-12
- Assist teacher with supervision, activities, and students
- Maintain a positive learning environment and communicate effectively
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working in schools preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to assist and support students with special needs
