Job Description

Overview: ProCare Therapy is excited to partner with a distinguished school district in Franklin, TN to find a committed Special Education Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.
 
Position Details:

  • Type: Full-time, in-person
  • School Year: ASAP - End of School Year (May 2025)
  • Certification: Tennessee Special Education licensing/certification  required
  • Caseload Details: high school (9th-12th)- more details provided upon interview!

 
Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay: $35-40/hour, depending on experience and location
  • Payment: Weekly- every Friday!
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance, W-2 classification, Matching 401(k)


Interview Process:

  1. Initial Screening: 10-15 minute call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
  2. Virtual Interview: 20-30 minute interview with the School District
  3. Offer Timeline: Typically within 24-48 hours post-interview
