Job Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct support to students in a school-based setting. The RBT will work closely with BCBAs, teachers, and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans and promote a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support
• Reinforce positive behavior strategies and classroom engagement
• Collect and record behavioral data for student progress tracking
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school personnel to ensure student success

Position Details:

• Hours: Full-time, following the school calendar
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, during school hours

Interview Process:

1. Screening Call: 10-15 minutes with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
2. Zoom Interview: In-depth interview with the hiring team
3. Resume Review: Conducted by the hiring team
4. Offer Extended: Typically within 24 hours after resume review
