Seeking a new opportunity within a school district? ProCare Therapy proudly collaborates with an outstanding school district in Douglas, AZ, in search of a dedicated School Counselor to join their team for the upcoming 24/25 school year!

Job Description:

  • Full-time
  • Working with K-12
  • You will to provide support and counsel to students to ensure social, emotional, and academic growth. 
  • You will communicate effectively with students, families, teachers, administration, etc.


  • Master's degree in Counseling/related field
  • Must have Counseling Licensure in AZ
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check

Pay & Benefits:

  • Highly competitive compensation -> $35-43/hour

Interview Process:

  • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
