Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, following the district calendar
School Year: 2024–2025
Compensation: Starting at $40+ per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in both English and Spanish.
- Provide engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to each student’s learning needs.
- Support students’ language development while ensuring academic success.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to create comprehensive learning plans.
- Utilize adaptive teaching methods to promote engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Illinois Special Education Teaching Certification (LBS1 preferred).
- Fluent in Spanish and capable of providing instruction in both English and Spanish.
- Experience working with diverse learners and special needs students preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
