Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional/Teacher's Aide to join our team on a contract basis. This position will provide valuable support to our educators and students, assisting in various classroom activities and ensuring a positive learning experience for all.

- Role could be 1:1, behavior, special education, or building support
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to support student success.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
- Paraprofessional certificate may be required (TBD by school district).
