Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the unique academic, emotional, and behavioral needs of each student.
  • Provide targeted support through one-on-one and small group instruction, adjusting teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Collaborate with parents, school staff, and other professionals to create an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
  • Regularly assess student progress, modifying instructional methods to foster academic and personal growth.

Interview Process:
