Are you a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about supporting students’ communication skills? We are seeking a talented virtual SLP to join our dedicated school-based team. In this fully remote position, you’ll work with students at various grade levels, helping them overcome speech and language barriers that impact their academic success. From enhancing speech clarity to fostering language development, your expertise will empower students to reach their full potential. Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA-CCC required
- Current California SLP license/CTC
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods ($55/hr+ depending on experience)
