Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Behavioral Intervention: Implement personalized behavior intervention plans to help clients reach their goals.
- Data Collection: Accurately gather and document data on client behaviors and progress for effective treatment adjustments.
- Collaboration: Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), clients, and families to create and refine treatment plans.
- Support: Offer direct support to clients, guiding them in developing new skills and enhancing their behaviors.
- Reporting: Keep comprehensive records of interventions, progress, and behavior changes to inform ongoing treatment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Certification: Must possess current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Experience: Previous experience as an RBT or in a related behavioral support role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Passion: Genuine dedication to helping individuals with behavioral challenges and commitment to their success.
