Job Opportunity: Special Education Paraprofessional

Location: Nottingham, NH
Dates: ASAP - June 17, 2025
Hours: 8:00 AM - 2:55 PM, 6.75 hours/day (33.75 hours/week)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Special Education Paraprofessional to support students in grades PreK - 7. This role requires behavior experience or a willingness to learn. The position runs from ASAP through June 17, 2025.

Requirements:

  • Prior behavior experience or willingness to learn.
  • Certified Paraeducator I or II preferred (but not required).
  • RBT certification is acceptable.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the teaching team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students with special education needs in the classroom.
  • Assist with implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions.
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support as needed.
  • Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure student success.
