Empower K-12 Students Across Beloit

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to serve students district-wide in Beloit, WI, a vibrant community located on the Wisconsin-Illinois border. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about making a meaningful impact by addressing the academic, emotional, and behavioral needs of K-12 students.

Position Overview:

• Location: Beloit, WI
• Caseload: District-wide, serving a diverse K-12 student population
• Work Schedule:
  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM) preferred
  • Part-time candidates will also be considered
  • 30-minute unpaid lunch included in the on-site schedule
• Contract Dates: Start ASAP and continue through June 10, 2025

What You'll Do:

• Conduct psychological evaluations to assess students’ cognitive, emotional, and social needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention strategies.
• Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings, ensuring recommendations are tailored to individual student success.
• Provide short-term counseling to students experiencing academic or emotional challenges.
• Promote a positive school environment by supporting teachers and staff with behavioral strategies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Valid Wisconsin School Psychologist license or eligibility for certification.
• Experience working with a diverse K-12 caseload is preferred but not required.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills to work effectively with teams of educators and families.
