Job Description:
Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Marblehead, MA (North Shore, Greater Boston Area)
Job Type: Full-Time (W2)
Salary: 22+/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy with children, focusing on skill development and behavior reduction.
- Collect and record data on patient progress and behaviors during each session.
- Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment plans as needed based on client progress.
- Maintain a positive and supportive environment that fosters growth, development, and independence.
- Communicate with families and caregivers to provide updates on client progress and behavior management strategies.
- Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards of the behavior analysis field.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
