Job Description

Speech Language Pathologist 

Embark on a meaningful journey as a speech-language pathologist (SLP) at ProCare Therapy and transform the lives of children with communication disorders. 

Competitive Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting minimum pay rate of $38-51+/hr
  • Weekly pay throughout the entirety of the assignment as a W-2 employee

Responsibilities and Details:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology

Interview Process: 

  • 15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy representative
  • 30 Minute Zoom interviews
  • Candidates can be offered immediately following a successful interview
  • Start dates are typically 2-3 weeks after an accepted offer
