Job Description
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Red Lion, PA. As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing quality education and support to students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group counseling
- Case management
- Conduct assessments and evaluations
- Document and monitor all data
- Facilitate IEP processes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
- Provide consultation services with parents and staff members
Details:
- Full-time; 35 hours/weekly
- This role will start in November 2024 until May 2025
- Renewal for 2025-2026 school year will be assessed at the end of the year
- K-12 caseload
- District-wide
Requirements:
- Active PA Social Work license
- Active or pending PA Clearances
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students with special needs.
