K-3rd Grade Teacher Job

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated K-3 Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year. As a K-3 Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching all subjects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• State teaching certification (PEL) is highly preferred, but not required
• Experience teaching in a K-3 classroom is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
• Strong commitment to student success and learning

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students in K-3
• Create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
• Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement instructional strategies
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and needs
• Attend and participate in faculty and parent meetings, professional development, and other school events
