K-5 Paraprofessional Needed – Full-Time in Woodburn, OR

ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated K-5 Paraprofessional to join a supportive school district in Woodburn, OR, for the current academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with elementary-aged students and contribute to their academic and personal development in a collaborative school setting.

Position Details

• Role: Paraprofessional
• Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 5th grade
• Employment Type: Full-time, onsite
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Location: Woodburn, OR

Key Responsibilities

• Provide targeted academic and behavioral support to students individually or in small groups.
• Assist teachers in delivering lesson plans and managing daily classroom routines.
• Encourage social and emotional growth by fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Support students with varying needs to ensure they succeed in their learning goals.
• Assist with additional school duties as needed to support overall student success.

Qualifications

• Experience in an educational or childcare setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff and students.
• Must pass a background check.
• Dependable transportation to and from the school location.
