Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our growing team in Grandview, MO! This full-time, onsite position offers the chance to work with a diverse caseload, supporting students of varying needs in elementary and some high school settings. 


  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students (elementary and some high school)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive learning environment for students
  • Track progress and report data
  • (For CFYs) Receive mentorship and support from experienced SLPs on-site


  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
  • Valid Missouri SLP License (or eligibility for licensure for CFYs)
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with a pediatric population (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Positive and energetic attitude
