We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Kennett Square, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving the lives of children and adolescents with communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children and adolescents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a variety of speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, language, and voice disorders.
• Provide therapy sessions in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the child's care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in the field.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Passion for helping children reach their full potential
