LPN (Somerville, NJ)

Details and Requirements: 

• Discipline: LPN 
• Number of openings: 1
• Caseload/age groups: this would be a one to one nurse needed for an 11 year old female student
• Duties: the student attends an out of district school for students with special needs. She has a tracheotomy and a feeding tube and requires a nurse who is equipped to meet those needs. Nurse must be comfortable or have experience with behavioral caseloads.
• Hours/days per week: 7:50 - 4:30, approximately 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
• Start date: ASAP
• End date: 06/14/2023 + ESY. Will renew for next school year if LPN is the right fit.
• Bus Riding: The nurse would need to meet the student at her home in Somerville, and will ride the bus with her to school located in North Branch. The nurse will be with the student throughout the day, riding the bus back with the student to her home.
