Job Description:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Johnstown, NY. This role is ideal for a passionate professional committed to helping students reach their full potential through tailored therapeutic interventions. The candidate hired will work with a middle and high school caseload that has approximately 20 kiddos. 

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ educational goals.
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of New York.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently.
