ProCare Therapy is teaming up with Dover School District to hire dedicated Paraprofessionals who will support middle school students in both individualized and classroom settings. If you're passionate about helping students navigate their middle school years and are experienced in working with diverse behavioral needs, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist middle school students with their academic work, behavior management, and emotional support.
• Provide both individual and group support in the classroom.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement IEPs, behavioral strategies, and personalized learning plans.
• Ensure a positive and safe environment for all students.

What You Need to Apply:

• References: Three professional references will be requested after the initial phone screening (including one supervisor and two other contacts).

  • High School Diploma
  • Para I Certification
  • College Transcripts
  • College Diploma
  • Para II Certification

Interview Process:

1. Initial phone screening (10-15 minutes) to discuss your qualifications and interest.
2. Virtual interview with the school district (20-30 minutes).
3. Offer extended within 24-48 hours of the interview.
