Job Description

Procare Therapy is seeking a passionate BCBA to support students in the Milton, MA area. If you’re a Board Certified Behavior Analyst looking to make a significant impact on a school community, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

  • Position Type: Full-time, W-2 contract
  • Caseload: K-12 students
  • Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours
  • Start Date: ASAP, through the end of the school year (6/11/2025)
  • Hourly Pay: $40+ per hour
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior interventions and de-escalation techniques
  • Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Support Plans
  • Collaborate with school staff to create behavior-related IEP goals
  • Provide training and support to staff working with students with behavioral needs
  • BCBA Certification
  • Experience in school settings preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
