Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Seeking a new opportunity within a school district? ProCare Therapy proudly collaborates with an outstanding school district in Palo Alto, CA, in search of a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team for the 24/25 school year!

Job Description:

  • Full-time
  • Providing 1:1 support for a middle school student
  • Assisting students with behavioral/emotional disorders, disabilities, trauma

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Must have active RBT licensure
  • Experience working in schools highly preferred
  • Behavior (ABA) experience
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check

Pay & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rates ($26+/hourly)
