Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Paraprofessional to join our team in Olathe, KS. This role is essential in providing support to students with diverse learning needs and assisting teachers in delivering effective instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Provide one-on-one support to students, promoting their academic and social development.
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students with special needs in their daily activities and academic tasks.
• Collaborate with teachers to adapt instructional materials and strategies.
• Monitor and document student progress, reporting any concerns to the supervising teacher.

Key Details:

• Hours: 7.3 hours per day
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Employment Type: Hourly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in education or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
