Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Occupational Therapist to join our team for the upcoming school year. This full-time position involves providing occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Position Details:

• Type: W2 Contract
• Hours: Full-time, 30 hours per week
• Pay Rate: Starting at $55-65 per hour, depending on experience and school budget
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs for occupational therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
• Provide therapy services to students to improve their ability to perform tasks in their educational environment
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' educational and developmental goals
• Document and track students' progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred
• Strong understanding of occupational therapy techniques and tools
