Occupational Therapist (OT) & Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Positions – Clovis, NM 88102

Location: Clovis, NM 88102
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Full-Time
Number of Positions: 3.5 (Full-time and part-time options available)
Setting: District-wide, Onsite Only (No teletherapy)

Position Overview:

We are seeking Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide in-person therapy services for a district-wide caseload in Clovis, NM. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and support students' growth and development across multiple schools within the district.

Position Details:

• Discipline: OT & COTA
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Full-Time)
• Dates: August 8, 2024 – May 23, 2025
• Caseload: District-wide (varied age groups and needs)
• Setting: Onsite, in-person services only
• Number of Openings: 3.5 total positions (can accommodate part-time inquiries)
• Bill Rate: TBD

Qualifications:

• OTs: Must hold a current Occupational Therapy license in New Mexico
• COTAs: Must hold a current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in New Mexico
• School-based experience is a plus but not required — new grads welcome to apply!
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and implement treatment plans to support student needs
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
