Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Olathe, KS
Job Type: Full-Time, 37.5-40 Hours per Week
Dates: ASAP – May 23, 2025
Caseload: K-8 Students
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Olathe, KS for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position serves a caseload of approximately 50 students, primarily elementary with some middle school students. You will provide therapy based on each student’s IEP, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with a team of educators and parents to support student success.
Key Job Details:
- Schedule: 37.5-40 hours per week
- Caseload: Approximately 50 K-8 students
- Dates: ASAP – May 23, 2025
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services as required in students' IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and track student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff
- Work with students with various disabilities, including DD, LD, Autism, and more
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Kansas OT license
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with educators and parents
