Location: Sterling Heights, Michigan
Employment Type: Full-Time | 2024-2025 School Year

We’re seeking a passionate and skilled professional to provide tailored therapy services, ensuring students achieve their highest potential in both academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students based on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct evaluations to assess students’ functional skills and develop personalized therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise in goal setting and accommodations.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Active Michigan OT licensure.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates with a passion for pediatrics are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
