We’re seeking a passionate and skilled professional to provide tailored therapy services, ensuring students achieve their highest potential in both academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students based on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Conduct evaluations to assess students’ functional skills and develop personalized therapy plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise in goal setting and accommodations.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Michigan OT licensure.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates with a passion for pediatrics are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
