• ProCare Therapy is seeking a talented and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of virtual school-based professionals.
• As a virtual SLP, you will have the opportunity to work with students from the comfort of your own home while still making a meaningful impact in their lives.
• Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, creating treatment plans, providing therapy services, and collaborating with teachers and parents to develop effective communication strategies.
• You will work with K-12 students with a wide range of communication disorders, and be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of their progress.
• Communication is a key component of this role, as you will need to regularly communicate with parents, teachers, and caregivers regarding student progress and treatment.
• You will also participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as required by the school district.
• The ideal candidate will have a Masters Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech Pathology, an active license in Speech-Language Pathology, and at least two years of school-based experience.
• In addition, the candidate must provide their own liability insurance and be comfortable with being a 1099 contractor.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with technology are also essential for success in this role.
