Full time Occupational Therapist need. 

ProCare Therapy is working with a School District near the Detroit, MI area that is looking for an Occupational Therapist to fill a full-time, onsite position for the upcoming school year, working 37.5 hours per week with an K-12 caseload. If you're interested, please see additional details about this opportunity below and apply today!

Details about the assignment:

  • Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week
  • On site position 
  • Caseload:
  • 45-50 students on caseload
  • K-12 Caseload 
  • Additional caseload details will be provided upon interview!

    Basic Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from a school accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Must have Michigan Occupational Therapist license, and:
  • Knowledge of the principals, practices and ethical standards of Occupational Therapy; relevant state and federal laws, regulations, and district policy and procedures.
  • Ability to deal effectively and appropriately with students, parents and other educational professionals regarding student concerns and problems.
  • Ability to consult with school personnel in developing and implementing effective occupational therapy interventions for students
