ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Paraprofessional to join a dynamic school district in Anoka, MN. Position Overview:

• Location: Anoka, MN
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday
• Role Duration: Full school year
• Grade Levels: Elementary, middle, or high school (specific assignments to be discussed during the interview)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized or small group support to students in academic, social, and behavioral areas.
• Assist classroom teachers with lesson implementation, preparation of materials, and student supervision.
• Support students with special needs in meeting their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement.
• Monitor and manage student behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or experience in education is a plus.
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or working with children in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students.
