Key Responsibilities:
As a Paraprofessional, you will be responsible for:
- Classroom Support: Assist teachers and students in lesson activities and provide individualized assistance to ensure student success.
- Classroom Management: Help manage student behavior and maintain a positive, engaging learning environment.
- Student Success: Motivate students, monitor their academic progress, and provide necessary academic and behavioral support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and staff to address the needs of every student in the classroom.
- Impactful Role: Contribute to students' personal and academic growth within a supportive team environment.

Requirements:
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience in schools or working with behavioral needs is beneficial.
- Passion for working with students in a supportive and engaging environment.
