Ready to make an impact in education? ProCare Therapy is working with a school district in Thermopolis, WA to find a passionate Paraprofessional to assist students through the remainder of the school year!Paraprofessional Job Description:
- Provide instructional support and assistance to students under the direction of the classroom teacher, reinforcing concepts, and facilitating learning activities.
- Assist students with special needs in accessing the curriculum, implementing accommodations and modifications as outlined in their individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by promoting student engagement, behavior management, and social-emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to implement individualized learning strategies, track student progress, and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student performance and behavior.
- Highly competitive compensation $20-24
